    The remuneration is individually determined for each case, taking into account the complexity of the matter, the necessary workload, and the expected deadline for the completion of the proceedings.

     

    In certain cases, especially those concerning the recovery of athletes' salaries, cooperation based on a "success fee" is possible (a part of the remuneration consists of an agreed percentage of the amount recovered as a result of the actions taken by the law firm).

    For entrepreneurs, sports clubs, and other institutionalized entities, we offer cooperation based on a flat-rate remuneration, allowing for fully predictable legal expenses.

     

    Depending on the client's needs and preferences, we also offer legal services billed at a preferential hourly rate (with or without a limit on hours during the billing period). Legal assistance is also provided on an ad-hoc basis without the need for establishing ongoing cooperation.
